We only accept orders from the U.S. and Canada. Canada orders do not qualify for free shipping, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Insurance is recommended for protection against loss or damage and can be added at checkout. Once the carrier receives your package, it’s your responsibility for any issues, including loss or delays.
