Since these shoes are made in Mexico they only come in whole sizes.

We recommend that if you are typically a half size in shoe size (ex. size 7.5), you go down one-half size (ex. size 7). If you have wide feet we recommend sizing up for extra room and comfort.

Each product is handmade from Mexico causing differentiation and minor imperfections in each piece making them that much more unique.

The products you receive may vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of our product(s) being 100% handmade. "One of a kind" All our products are  handcrafted in Mexico, making it infrequent to create identical items. 

We strive to have consistency within our business but please be aware not all pieces are 100% alike.

You can always exchange for smaller or larger size. (IF AVAILABLE)

We only accept orders from the U.S. and Canada. Canada orders do not qualify for free shipping, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, with a 1-2 day processing time. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Insurance is recommended for protection against loss or damage and can be added at checkout. Once the carrier receives your package, it’s your responsibility for any issues, including loss or delays. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not liable for incorrect addresses or returns initiated by the customer. We only accept orders from the U.S. and Canada. No refunds for Canada orders, and international shipping is not free. Returns are accepted within 30 days for store credit only. No refunds—please review your order before checkout. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Damaged items won’t be accepted for exchange.

For returns, contact us via email. Refunds are processed after we inspect the return. Processing times may vary with your payment method.
